TISA Bank Limited and Crown Hotel Port Moresby have formalised a new strategic partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at delivering exclusive hospitality discounts and enhanced digital payment services to TISA Bank customers and TISA Group employees.
Under the two-year agreement, Crown Hotel will offer substantial discounts across accommodation, dining, conferencing, and leisure services to eligible TISA Bank customers and employees. The partnership also includes the integration of TISA Bank’s digital payment channels within the hotel, including Visa Debit Card payments, QR Scan-to-Pay, and the Yumi Pei Wallet.
The agreement solidifies a commitment to enhancing the customer experience by merging Crown Hotel’s premier hospitality services with TISA Bank’s innovative financial technology. Eligible TISA Bank customers and group employees will now enjoy a 10–20% discount on various services, including accommodation, dining, conferencing, and leisure services at the hotel.
A key feature of the partnership is the integration of TISA Bank’s digital payment ecosystem within the hotel. Guests can now make secure and convenient cashless payments using TISA Bank’s Visa Debit Card, QR Scan-to-Pay, or the Yumi Pei Wallet, streamlining the customer experience.
Following the signing, Mr Shankar Ghoshal, General Manager of Crown Hotel Port Moresby, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration.
