Hastings Deering PNG Sales and Marketing Manager Anthony Rosson said the company's success is built on the strength, capability and commitment of its workforce.
"At Hastings Deering PNG, we help customers maximise productivity through industry-leading Caterpillar equipment and the expertise of our local team. Every machine purchased through Hastings Deering PNG represents a dual investment: in proven Caterpillar performance and in the Papua New Guineans who provide the technical support, service and expertise that keep customer operations running.
"PNG Resource Week provided an excellent platform to demonstrate the value Hastings Deering PNG delivers beyond the equipment. Our customers gain access to world-class equipment while directly supporting the development of local skills, jobs and capabilities, creating benefits that extend well beyond the worksite and assist in the long-term development of PNG communities."
Across the four-day exhibition, the team connected with customers, business partners, government representatives and industry stakeholders, demonstrating Hastings Deering PNG's expertise across equipment sales, product support, service solutions, and learning and development. The event provided valuable opportunities to strengthen existing relationships, explore future business opportunities and share insights on the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
PNG Resource Week 2026 provided a valuable platform to showcase the expertise of the Hastings Deering PNG team, strengthen industry partnerships and reaffirm the company's role in supporting the industries and communities contributing to PNG's future growth and prosperity.
