Nambawan Super Ltd (NSL) has announced the relocation of its Madang branch to the ground floor of the Fenske Aben Building along Modilon Road.

The branch is now open for business, offering members and employers more space, modern facilities and a comfortable environment.

NSL Chief Executive Officer Paul Sayer said the move formed part of the company’s wider Branch Relocation and Expansion Project, which aims to bring services closer to members while improving the quality of facilities and customer experience.

“This relocation is part of NSL’s larger project that aims to bring services closer to members’ doorsteps while also improving the quality of services and facilities provided,” Sayer said.

“All our new and relocated branches have been upgraded to enhance members’ experience and ensure our staff have everything they need to deliver the same high-quality services.

“Through this exercise, we want to ensure that we can provide a standard welcoming look and feel across all our 22 branches nationwide so that our members receive the same level of service wherever they are.”

While the Madang branch is already serving members, the official opening ceremony will be held in September as part of NSL’s celebrations for Papua New Guinea’s 50th Independence Anniversary.

NSL is Papua New Guinea’s largest superannuation fund, with more than 230,000 members and over K9 billion in funds under management. The fund provides retirement savings and financial services to employees across the public and private sectors, and has a nationwide branch network aimed at improving accessibility for members in urban and regional centres.
