“At OTML, people are our greatest resource, most of them come through tertiary institutions including Unitech, UPNG, and DWU. OTML invests substantial amount of money every year in its Undergraduate Scholarship Program, Graduate Development Scheme (GDS), Apprenticeship Training, Preferred Area Development (PAD), Industrial Training Program, and On-The-Job (OTJ) Trainings,” Mr Strachan said.

“The scholarship has eased the financial burden on my parents. I have two other siblings who could not start school earlier. When OTML sponsored me, my parents were able to pay for my siblings’ school fees,” said Mr Titley.
Mr Strachan stated the 10 graduates had successfully maintained their GPAs throughout their studies.
“Their success reflects not only their personal commitment but also OTML’s ongoing investment in developing future leaders for Papua New Guinea. These achievements have been rewarded as they have secured their spots in OTML’s two-year GDS program,” Mr Strachan said.
As a responsible corporate citizen, OTML is committed to investing in the education and development of Papua New Guinea's future leaders.
